3D Segmentation
The platform includes several segmentation algorithms that can effectively segment different types of regular and irregular workpieces based on raw point cloud data. 3D Matching For different incoming material shapes such as ordered, unordered and random, as well as different workpiece placements such as symmetrical and overlapping, the platform provides features such as angle constraint matching and intelligent overlap judgement to develop optimal robot gripping strategies with high robustness and high matching success rate.
3D Path Planning For different types of flat, locally raised and smoothly curved workpieces, the platform uses edge-path extraction algorithms combined with AI deep learning. This enables rapid 3D vision planning for processes such as polishing, painting and welding, without the need for prior notification of incoming material models or complex robot teaching.
