The automobile headlight was assembled with a lampshade that is transparent and reflective, making it extremely difficult for robots to accurately grip it. Through the conveyor belt flow to the gripping position, the workpiece position is uncertain, one side of the curved surface, the other side of the complex shape, tool positioning to achieve high cost. By using the laser 3D vision system, the user solved the headlight loading positioning and inspection and positioning problems.
