The customer uses robots to replace manual labour to complete the final tightening of the assembly, to improve the consistency of the locking device and to ensure product reliability. Since the surface where the engine bolts are located is curved, the bolts rotate at a variable angle after the front-end pre-tightening, and there is a certain stopping error when the AGV transports the engine to the robot tightening station, the customer introduces a 3D vision system to obtain the spatial position information of the bolts to be tightened and guide the robot to tighten them in place. The system can send the tightening coordinates of all the bolts in the field of view simultaneously in a single scan, which can meet the requirements of high-speed assembly line production.
