The customer uses robots to replace manual labour to complete the assembly of seats on both sides of the seat assembly station in the final assembly shop. The 3D vision system is responsible for locating the position information of the incoming seat materials, guiding the robot to pick up the parts, and can also be repositioned according to the requirements of some models of the production line to ensure the accuracy of the assembly. At present, this application has realised the replication of workstations in different factories of customers in different regions, which is compatible with the specifications of seats from different suppliers and meets the requirements of multi-vehicle co-production.
