A major cable manufacturer
Depalletizing of aluminium ingots
The customer is a cable manufacturer who needs to depalletise a large quantity of raw aluminium ingots. The aluminium ingots are heavy and the traditional manual handling and lifting is time consuming and laborious. To increase efficiency, a robotic unstacking system is introduced. The stacked aluminium ingots only need to be transported to the designated area, and the robot can be guided by the 3D vision system to perform the heavy handling.
SOLUTION
AT-S1000-04A-E
Binocular laser line 3D camera
The product is characterised by high precision, fast deployment and easy maintenance. Lightweight and compact, with a high degree of intelligence and versatility, without the need for secondary development, it helps users to realise flexible production.
Precise positioning
Aluminium ingots can be stacked arbitrarily without restricting the infeed method, and the 3D vision system can automatically correct the position deviation and guide the robot for accurate gripping.
High recognition rate
The camera adopts binocular structure design, high positioning accuracy, strong algorithm robustness and 99.99% recognition accuracy.
Environmental adaptation
The laser imaging solution effectively adapts to light interference in semi-outdoor environments and produces high quality point cloud data in response to the reflective properties of the part surface.
Easy to use
The system is easy to use, and the software can be used without programming. Daily only need appearance cleaning, fixing and other routine maintenance, service life of not less than 5 years.
