In this project, industrial robots and 3D vision system are used to realise intelligent and automatic sorting and feeding of elevator guide rails. Multi-bundle guide rail embryo through the conveyor to the feeding station, 3D vision system using intelligent algorithms for the whole bundle of guide rail sorting identification and robot path planning to achieve the guide rail embryo of this complex material disorderly grasping, through the conveyor system and the flip panning mechanism of the mutual cooperation of the product according to the demand for feeding into the throwing machine, a feeding to meet the unmanned operation of the time of 4 hours to reduce the production line workers 90% of the labour intensity and improve production efficiency.
