An elevator manufacturer
Elevator guide rail T-steel depalletization
In this project, industrial robots and 3D vision system are used to realise intelligent and automatic sorting and feeding of elevator guide rails. Multi-bundle guide rail embryo through the conveyor to the feeding station, 3D vision system using intelligent algorithms for the whole bundle of guide rail sorting identification and robot path planning to achieve the guide rail embryo of this complex material disorderly grasping, through the conveyor system and the flip panning mechanism of the mutual cooperation of the product according to the demand for feeding into the throwing machine, a feeding to meet the unmanned operation of the time of 4 hours to reduce the production line workers 90% of the labour intensity and improve production efficiency.
SOLUTION
AT-S1000-04A-E
Binocular laser line 3D camera
The product is characterised by high precision, fast deployment and easy maintenance. Lightweight and compact, with a high degree of intelligence and versatility, without the need for secondary development, it helps users to realise flexible production.
Stacking judgment
There are positive and negative directions and stacks of materials coming from the guideway, the 3D vision system can determine the direction of the workpiece and guide the robot to pick up the materials in a reasonable order.
Precise positioning
The 3D vision system can accurately locate the current position of the workpiece and uses highly robust template matching and number mode matching algorithms to guide the robot to accurately load materials.
Lower input costs
3D vision system can guide the robot to perform heavy lifting and reduce labour costs. Quickly change and introduce new materials according to production demand to improve the degree of flexibility of the production line.
Easy to use
The system is easy to use, and the software can be used without programming. Daily only need appearance cleaning, fixing and other routine maintenance, service life of not less than 5 years.
