Carton depalletizing
Modern warehouse operations are large and production tasks are tightly scheduled. Using a 3D vision system to guide the robot to depalletise stacks of cartons of different categories and sizes for storage will dramatically improve the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations.
SOLUTION
AT-S1000-01A-E
Binocular laser line 3D camera
The product is characterised by high precision, large FOV and high adaptability. Stable structure, high degree of intelligence, strong versatility without the need for secondary development help users realise automated depalletizing.
Large FOV
The 3D vision system has a large field of view and depth of field that can cover the entire pallet of a single station, and a single scan can capture multiple gripping positions on the same level, resulting in high positioning efficiency.
High adaptability
The laser imaging solution is compatible with all types of carton materials and colours, and is unaffected by their surface lamination, tapes and warehouse lighting environment, providing accurate handling guidance to the robot.
High stability
The 3D vision system can operate continuously for 24 hours, reducing the risk of mis-gripping and dropping cartons through different gripping strategies and ensuring the depalletising process runs smoothly.
Easy to use
The system is easy to use, and the software can be used without programming. Daily only need appearance cleaning, fixing and other routine maintenance, service life of not less than 5 years.
