Depalletizing of soft packages of raw materials
The customer has built a new raw material sorting warehouse, which adopts unmanned management throughout the process, and carries out the depalletising and bag breaking operation of soft bags by robots. On the soft bag stacks, the tapes are stacked on top of each other and there are reflections on the snakeskin bags, the introduction of 3D vision system helps the customer to realize the correction of the deviation of the stacks in place and the effective edge segmentation identification of each soft bag, which guides the robots to complete the depalletising and bag breaking work in an efficient way.

The system is compatible with a variety of sizes and colours of flexible packaging bags, allowing a certain degree of soft package extrusion, deformation and good response to the surface of the bag reflective and other characteristics.

The 3D vision system can operate continuously for 24 hours and uses point cloud+AI processing technology to reduce the likelihood of bags being picked up and dropped by mistake and ensure the smooth operation of the depalletizing process.
Easy to use
The system is easy to use, and the software can be used without programming. Daily only need appearance cleaning, fixing and other routine maintenance, service life of not less than 5 years.
