Loading & unloading of LCD panels
During the production process of glass LCD panels, the customer needs to grab the panel from the material truck and load it to the machine tool for processing, and unload and place the processed panel, then transfer it between stations through the compound robot. The compound robot can't arrive in the exact position, and the fixture of glass panel is not easy to customize. In order to improve the flexibility of the processing line and reduce the deployment cost of customized fixtures, the customer decide to complete the loading and unloading of panels with 3D vision system.
