In the full outdoor environment without any shade, the customer adopts the customised PV panel assembly robot to replace the handling and installation link, which speeds up the whole assembly process. The outdoor 3D vision system overcomes the effects of harsh environment such as light intensity, temperature and humidity changes, and guides the robot to complete the installation operation smoothly, improving the efficiency of PV site deployment.

Precise positioning
The 3D vision system guides the robot to accurately install the PV panels by locating the features of the mounting bracket, correcting the mounting position and compensating for the deviation of the moving carriage in place.
Environmental adaptation
The 3D vision system operates in an unobstructed outdoor environment and uses a laser imaging solution that can effectively adapt to strong outdoor light interference, temperature and humidity changes.
High efficiency
The combined installation efficiency of the PV panel assembly robot and our 3D vision system is up to 50 panels per hour, which is more than 200% higher than manual labour.
Easy to use
