Random casting parts picking
With ALSONTECH software and algorithms, the 3D vision sensor identifies and calculates the coordinates of randomly placed casting parts, and give the 3D point cloud data to the robot for accurate picking.

Sole gluing
ALSONTECH AT-S1000-01A robotic 3D vision system scans the sole, gives the gluing trajectory and posture to the robot and guides the robot to complete the gluing operation while scanning the next product, which ensures quality and efficiency at the same time.
