The solution adopts ALSONTECH AT-S1000series robotic 3D positioning system. Based on 3D laser scanning technology, it scans the package three dimensionally in a high speed and real-time manner, quickly obtains the size and coordinates information, and transmits the data to the robot through the Ethernet interface, guiding the robot to pick accurately. In addition, the single-chip computer has an additional RS232 serial port to communicate with the host computer to compensate for the position deviation caused by the rotation of the conveyor belt.
ALSONTECH AT-S1000 series robotic 3D positioning system adopts an innovative AI matching algorithm, which can effectively identify various types and shapes of items such as packaging boxesand soft packages. Using synchronous laser scanning technology, while the robotis picking a package, the computer calculates the data information of the next package at a millisecond speed, meeting the high-speed pace requirements of the sorting system. The system can recognize packages of different sizes without the need to create a model, and can effectively identify 3 packages in line.The high-precision laser solution effectively recognizes black / white and colored packages, and is suitable for complex situations with labels, reflective light,dark colors, and tapes, etc.
The intelligent logistics and sorting solution has a high-speed transportation performance, high operating efficiency, fast delivery, and easy installation and commissioning. It can beeffectively combined with an AGV to realize unmanned logistics.
