On November 26th, Universal Robots held its first-ever Collaborative Ecosystem Conference in China. ALSONTECH, the first domestic 3D vision provider to receive UR+ certification, was honored to participate in this landmark event.
At the conference, we showcased a range of new and industry-oriented products, including lightweight industrial 3D cameras tailored for collaborative robots, next-generation laser profilers, explosion-proof 3D cameras, and gap & flush inspection machines. A dynamic live demo featuring UR10e was also presented, where our high-precision 3D camera and advanced vision software platform enabled automated weld path planning for metal workpieces—without the need for manual teaching. Visitors also witnessed a typical semiconductor application, where our industry partner utilized our NANO-series 3D camera with a composite robot to transport metal cassettes.

In the automotive manufacturing sector, we have collaborated with Universal Robots on various assembly and inspection scenarios. A typical use case is bolt tightening: leveraging high-precision 3D imaging, fitting algorithms, and path correction, we help guide collaborative robots to perform standardized tightening tasks. This ensures consistent quality across workstations such as engine, battery pack, and chassis assembly—meeting the demands for low tolerance, high accuracy, and fast production cycles.
In the electronics industry, our 3D vision systems have been deployed in composite robotic applications involving loading, unloading, and transportation of plastic wafer boxes and metal cassettes. The vision system locates features accurately for material handling between racks, welders, and other equipment, delivering stable performance in continuous operations. For semiconductor cleanrooms, we also offers red-light solutions that meet dust-free production standards.
In the machining sector, we provides a wide range of 3D vision solutions for CNC loading/unloading, grinding, welding, spraying, and more. Various 3D camera models with different technical routes can be flexibly selected based on the size, material, color, and shape of workpieces, enabling flexible automation in diverse production environments.
As a proud member of the UR+ ecosystem, ALSONTECH continues to optimize product compatibility and deployment convenience. We are committed to delivering highly integrated, cost-effective industrial 3D vision products and more user-friendly URCap plugins.
