ALSONTECH assisted ZYNP to complete the "3D vision guidance robot to realize automatic loading of cylinder liners". In this project, the cylinder liner is placed flat and stacked in the material box, and the side wall of the cylinder liner is directly grasped from above, which is unstable, taking into account the loading of the material   In the middle of the drop, it was decided to design the material frame as a single-sided opening and grab the side wall of the cylinder liner. However, due to the inaccurate position of the material frame and the random position of the cylinder liner in the material frame, it is necessary to equip the robot with positioning guidance equipment, and the positioning is required to be strictly followed from top to bottom and from outside to inside Sequence to avoid stacking collapse. After receiving the project, after many considerations and verifications, we decided to adopt the AT-S1000-01A Series.
